Bring the kids for an evening of treats, decorated trunks, and activities!
- Vote for your favorite trunk.
- Rain location in the gym.
- Hot dogs and other refreshments will be available for purchase. (Proceeds supporting the New Hope/Bethlehem Middle School Youth Group trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.)
This year, we’ll also feature community booths with helpful information and resources for families in our area including: Helping Hands, Northern Wells/Ossian Food Pantry, Forgotten Children Worldwide, Wells County Backpack Program, Visual Faith Ministries, Family Centered Services, Friends of Wyneken, Bethlehem Lutheran Church & School, New Hope Lutheran Preschool.
- You are responsible for decorating your trunk and providing a treat for attendees.
- Please have your vehicle parked by 3:15 p.m.
- Trunks must be decorated by 3:45 p.m.
- Be ready to hand out candy by 4:00 p.m.
- Dressing up in costume is encouraged!
- For safety, vehicles must remain parked throughout the event, and at least one person should stay at your trunk the entire time.
- Each vehicle will receive a number for its assigned location for voting purposes.
- Because this is a church and school event with many young children present, please avoid scary costumes/decorations.
- In case of inclement weather, tables will be provided in the gym for you to decorate instead.
- This event is free to participate in and free to attend.
- A prize will be awarded at the end of the night for the Best Trunk!
